By definition, Canapés are small pieces of bread, crackers or pastry, topped with a garnish.   At Le Français Restaurant, Chef Roland Liccioni offers an elaborate Canapé Service, as a reception or as a compliment with a wine tasting. 

Chef Roland offers a huge variety of both warm and cold Canapés that include Lobster Salad on Brioche, Salmon Croquette, Profiterole with Foie Gras Mousse, Marinated Oyster with Yuzu, and Tuna Tartar with Cucumber Salad.   Le Français also offers vegetarian Canapés, such as Mushroom Mousse stuffed Mushroom Cap, petite Sweet Onion Quiche, and crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls.

The staff at Le Français pours Champagne and Cocktails and you and your guests meet and greet, enjoying these specialty passed hor’s d’ouvers. 
Our sommelier is happy to provide you with a sampling of wines to accompany these small treats, including themed wine parties, such as “European Wine Tasting” or “Wines of the American West Coast”.

Le Francais' elegant yet comfortable dining room is ideal for your special event! Whether you are planning a private brunch, an afternoon or evening wedding, or an intimate dinner party, we are able to accommodate you and your guests.

Our private room accomodates 6-14 guests, and our semi-private space is available for 12-50 guests as well. We can accommodate parties up to 110 guests. Chef Roland Liccioni will present a Chef's tasting Menu with choices or a menu created specifically for your event with your wine and cuisine selections.
